We invited Joe over to quote us for our Kitchen extension and renovation building project, after speaking to him for a few minutes we knew this was the right company to carry out our project for us. The work has been carried out without fault and completed to the Christmas deadline we agreed. The Lux team took great care in clearing up each day and everyone working took care of looking after our house during the building work. It’s nice to have come across a building company that puts customer service as a priority at all times. We took on board some suggestions and the end finish is better than we expected. We have recently had our roof replaced from Lux Construction Harrogate After 3 years of using different companies to repair our roof and dealing with new leaks, the Lux construction Surveyor explained our roof was past repair and needed a complete overhaul. We are very happy with the new roof as it makes our property look amazing and we have a 25 year guarantee giving us peace of mind. Highly recommended fast working and very clean, joe kept us informed with the work plan and daily progress. We where given pictures of our job throughout the job, really happy with everything.
Great job! From the outset, helpful and friendly... we wanted a wall taken down needing a steel beam and they had suggestions to make our plans better even before we gave them the job. Was a bit worried about dust, but they went out of their way to isolate dust and spent a long time! Cleaning any dust away.. i didnt clean any dust away. Finally they finished it all better than i expected... i didnt think that taking a wall down would include them making things work and finished well beyond the wall demolition - so i didnt need to do anything! Highly recommended!! Would certainly use again.
We’ve been very happy to employ Jatinda and Lux Construction on a number of projects in our home – fitting a new kitchen floor, a new bathroom, high-quality windows and doors, a boiler and checking the central heating system, decorating and a general assessment of the condition of the house, including the roof. Importantly, we’ve had great confidence in Jatinda’s work from the beginning. He’s well-aware that he’s working in our home (and that we work from home) and he & his team have been unfailingly polite and very concerned to minimise disruption. We’ve been consistently impressed with Jatinda’s creative ideas based on him taking time to listen to what we want, his insight and experience. He’s also always been realistic about the time involved and about the cost of the work. We could easily find other builders but none we’d have felt such confidence in, both in terms of the quality of the work and the good relations built up between ourselves and Jatinda.
What a lovely surprise to find a builder that is honest clean and reliable. Had some messy structural work done but they cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis before leaving. I was talked through the whole process stage by stage. Have some more work to do soon and will definitely be using them again. Well Done guys
